When a car damaged, the customer should be noted down to the shippers at the time of delivery. When the vehicle is unloaded, the condition against the original copy should be checked. When the vehicle is damaged it must be intimated and signed at the time of delivery and it should be submitted in writing within 15 days of delivery. Proper claims will be paid to the customers very quickly to meet the requirements of the customer. If damages occur when the vehicle is with us and during transit, we are responsible for losses incurred. Customer service is our objective and we deserve it without any compromise.
